Applying to our online programmes
We welcome applications from talented and motivated individuals from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds. Potential can be demonstrated in different ways, through academic achievement, professional experience or wider life experience.
Every application is considered carefully through a holistic review process. We look not only at qualifications, but also at your motivation, preparation and potential to succeed in postgraduate study.

There are two main pathways to admission for the University of Bristol online Master's programmes.
Academic pathway
Applicants typically hold an Honours degree at 2:1 level or international equivalent from a recognised university.
Professional pathway
Applicants who may not hold a traditional academic qualification may still be eligible if they demonstrate relevant professional experience and evidence of capability for postgraduate study.
